In August 2002 a group of professionals decided to redefine the benchmarks of Hospitality Industry.

South Asian Hospitality Service Pvt. Ltd. currently owns and operates Ten (10) Subway outlets in Delhi/NCR and Twenty Five (25) Moti Mahal Delux Tandoori Trail Restaurants pan India, Eight(8) Nirula's restaurants in Delhi/NCR, Rajasthan, MP and more locations are in the process of finalisation and one multi cuisine Food Park with seven cuisines at CBD Shahdara.(6)Six Rajdhani restaurants in North India.  We are in the process of launching several more Subway, Moti Mahal Delux Tandoori Trail, Nirula's, Rajdhani and Food Park outlets in near future. 

We have entered into the  Master Franchisee Agreement with Nirula's for running their restaurants and we have started Eight (8) restaurants in Delhi/NCR, Rajasthan, MP and more locations are in the process of finalisation.

Recently, we have entered into the Master Franchisee Agreement with Rajdhani - A truly authentic regional cuisine served in the 'Thalis'.  Rajdhani has created a 'Niche' for it's trendy and authentic food with the connoisseurs of Indian food.

Food Park is the new concept Food Court format launched by South Asian Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd.  The first "Food Park" is housed at Fun City Mall located at Central Business District (CBD) Shahdara, Karkardooma.  Besides, Food Park the company has also introduced two new brands of Chinese and Bakery products namely Tib-Chi & Park's which are operational in food courts and are in the process of expanding in a fast way.
