Key Operation area includes setting up new restaurants and day to day unit supervision. Responsible for overseas expansion of Moti-Mahal Delux Tandoori Trail Restaurants in Australia and New Zealand.

Mr. Sunil Sharma (Vice President-Operations)

Mr. Sunil Sharma is a hotel management graduate with over 35 year experience in Operations, Project & Business Development with some of the finest Hotels and Restaurants Chains.

Mr. A Ramachandran (E.A-Director)

Assisting the Director in all legal matters. Handle all legal documents thereof.  Coordinate proper flow of operations from the director to the concerned authorities. Manage all matters related to liaison with Subway, Moti Mahal Delux - Tandoori Trail, Rajdhani, Food Park and Nirula's.  Assist the Director in all investor relations and Communication.

Mr. Ramachandran graduated from Calicut University, He worked with very reputed company i.e. Omaxe, Monnet, Shamken, T-Series and so on

Ms. Neha Chauhan (P.A-Director)

To assist the Director in day to day functions, letter drafting, managing all mails, coordination with various corporate departments, making travel arrangements for Director, etc.

Ms. Neha has done graduation from Delhi University and diploma in Secretarial Practices from NVTI, Noida and pursuing MBA from Amity University. She has worked with reputed Law Firm. 

Mr. V. K. Gupta  (Administration)

Liaison with all government officials and insurance agencies.

Mr. V.K Gupta is a post graduated from Delhi University (Master of Mathematics) before Joining South Asian Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. He was running his Own Business.

Ms. Harpriya Lamba / Mr. Gagan Vats (Human Resource)

They are responsible for collecting and managing all the data regarding employees of corporate office as well as all the restaurants. She is responsible for all the Human Resource's activities (interview session, joining formalities & coordinating with the consultants etc...) also.

Ms. Harpriya has done Graduation from Delhi University and has done MBA from Lal Bhadur Shastri Institute of Management. She has worked with Taj Group of Hotels (Taj Palace-New Delhi) & AIMT (Greater Noida)

Mr. Gagan is a Management graduate from ICFAI National College, Gurgaon and also done Hotel Management from IHM Jodhpur. 

Mr. Abhinav Saxena (Human Resource)

Payroll Management and day to day employee grievances. Over 11 years of experience in Management. Organize all data and paperwork required for the daily operations of all units.

Mr. Abhinav is a Science Graduate pursuing MBA from SMU.

Mr. Amit Kumar (Human Resource)

Manage and handle all kinds of employee grievances.

He is graduate and pursuing MBA from Symbiosis. He has worked Shyam Telecom Ltd. (MTS) as a Asst. HR Executive.......

Purchase Officer

Keep a standing stock of all the raw material required for the smooth operations of the outlets.  Coordinate deliveries from suppliers and to the outlets.  Keep complete dry product inventory and supply to the outlets if and when require.
