South Asian Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (SAHSPL) is owned and operated by Mr. Parvin Juneja who holds a FCA, FCS, AMIIA degree from university of Florida, USA and has 17 years of international work and management experience with premier organizations. He is a certified Charted Accountant and Company Secretary as well.

Mrs. Bela Juneja (Director)

The other equity director is Mrs. Bela Juneja, who is also the main franchisee of the currently operational eight units of SUBWAY Restaurants. All the other equity partners have similar corporate background.

Mr. Pradeep Sehgal (President)

Over 25 years of experience in manufacturing sector.  Chartered Accountant by profession and incharge of Corporate Planning, Operations, expansion and overall supervision.

Ms. Pranika Sharma (General Manager) Moti Mahal Unit

Key Operation area includes setting up new restaurants and day to day unit supervision. Responsible for overseas expansion of Moti-Mahal Delux Tandoori Trail Restaurants in Australia and New Zealand.

Mr. Rajeev Dayal (Business Consultant)

He is responsible to give consultation for new projects, also providing risk analysis and responding to questions and concerns posed by the clients.  He is working very closely with the C.E.O to help upgrade or update all the policies and procedures within the organization as well as in upcoming projects.

Mr. Rajeev Dayal is a management graduate with over twenty years varied experience in retail , Real estate SEZ , Corporate affair and FMCG.He worked previously with DLF Ltd , Omaxe Ltd , ShapoorjiPallonji & companies and Jindal Steels -Power Ltd.

Mr. Ramachandran (E.A-C.E.O)

Mr. Ramachandran is an advisor and assistant to the CEO in all legal Issues. Handles all legal documents, Coordinate proper flow of operations from the director to concerned authorities. Manage all matters related to liaison with Subway Corporate offices. And he also assists the CEO & Director in all investor relations and Communication.

Mr. Ramachandran graduated from Calicut University. He worked with very reputed companies i.e Omaxe, Monnet, Shamken, T-Series and so on………

Ms. Neha Chauhan (P.A-C.E.O)

Ms. Neha assists the C.E.O in his day to day functios, letter drafting, managing all mails, coordination with various corporate departments, making travel arrangements for C.E.O

Ms. Neha graduated from Delhi University.  She has worked with Sanjeev Kakra & Associates - Law Firm.

Mr.V.K. Gupta / Mr. Riyaz Ahmed (Manager-Administration/Personnel)

Manage and handle all kinds of employee grievances. Organize all data and paperwork required for the daily operations of all units. Handle correspondences from Subway headquarters /DA/outlets and froward them to the proper authorities.liaison with all government officials and insurance agencies.

Mr. V.K Gupta, post graduated from Delhi University (Master of Mathematics) before Joining South Asian Hospitality Pvt.Ltd.He was running his Own Business.

Mr. Riyaz Ahmed, graduate from Delhi University (Commerce), PG Diploma in Material Management, PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, pursuing MBA (HR) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.  He owes 11 years of experience in manufacturing and service industry.  He looks after entire Personnel Department of the Company and takes active part in administration.

Ms. Harpriya Lamba (Human Resource)

She is responsible for collecting and managing all the data regarding employees of corporate office as well as all the restaurants.   She manages and handles all kinds of employee grievances.  She is also responsible for all the Human Resource activities (interview session, joining formalities & coordinating with the consultants etc...) also.

Ms. Harpriya graduated from Delhi University, has done MBA from Lal Bhadur Shastri Insititute of Management. She has worked with Taj Group of Hotels (Taj Palace-New Delhi) & AIMT (Greater Noida)

Moti Mahal Zonal Manager

Mr.P.D.Tiwari (Punjab, M.P., Chhattisgarh, U.P & Harayana)

He is responsible for all day to day activities of Moti-Mahal Restaurants of his respective zones .All restaurant managers report to him regarding sales and general management issues.

Mr.P.D. Tiwari graduated from Meerut University. He has experience of working with hotels/restaurants/ Pubs of international repute like Pizza Express, The Connaught, The Ashoka , The Marina , RPM-MAX /Lazeez Affaire

Mr. Amit Moon ( Delhi, Haryana, Karnataka & A.P.)

He is responsible for all day to day activities of Moti-Mahal Restaurants of his respective zones .All restaurant managers report to him regarding sales and general management issues.

Mr.Amit Moon has a diploma in Hotel Management from IHM (Jaipur) .He has experience of working with Taj Group of Hotels (Taj Mahal Hotel -Mumbai), Pizza Hut as well as in Domino's Pizza.

Subway-Head of the department

Mr.Vikram Bhagat

He is responsible for all day to day operations of all Subway . He also works with the account to oversee all financial transactions of all the Subway outlets. He hires key personals also.

Mr. Vikram has a diploma in Hotel Management from the IIBM,Patna and has experience of working with Hotels/Restaurants of international repute like Leela Kempinski-Mumbai, Hotel Bristol-Gurgaon, Hotel Park-Delhi and Café Coffee Day-India operations.

Mr. Ashfaq (Area Manager)

He is responsible for all day to day operations of Subway of their respective area. All the store managers report to him regarding all sales and general management issues.

He is responsible for all the tie-ups & corporate communication with the corporate world for Moti Mahal Delux Tandoori Trail.

Sandeep Chhabra has done post Graduation diploma in I.T. He has working experience with Teleperformance India & SewaRam & Sons.

Mrs. Nidhi Chakraborty

She is taking care of operations and audits in all Subways restaurants and responsible overseeing day to day Sales, Controlling food cost and over head handle target achievement appraisals, managing internal compliance etc……across all outlets.

She is graduate from Delhi University and done post graduation diploma in sales & marketing from NIS. She has done a diploma in Aviation & Hospitality management from AHA. She has experience of working with Fun Cinemas, Pizza-Hut, Nirula’s, Barista.

Mr. Neeraj Sachar / Mr. Yogesh Singh Negi

They are responsible for compiling accounts from all the outlets, verify vouchers submitted by store managers against actual expenditure, prepare P & L statements and Balance Sheet.
